• Pricing varies by advertising channel: $40-60 per qualified lead
• Lead qualification criteria include company size, decision-making authority, budget, and timeline
• No upfront payments or monthly retainers required

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely and professional manner
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared by MistLabs

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Lead generation services are billed monthly for qualified leads delivered
• Consulting services may require project-based or milestone payments
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, software, and proprietary processes remain with MistLabs. Clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Financial information and business metrics
• Any information marked as confidential

8. Limitation of Liability

MistLabs' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
• Client retains rights to completed deliverables

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

MistLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
